"So Happy Together"
Homecoming Pictures!
Wow, what a day! So wonderful... (and for those who are wondering... yes, a very sleepless night)
Beckett
and Henry...
"No more pictures mom!"... ~ Henry
"Too bad buddy, I'm taking a million today!" ~ Mommy
So cute! Ready for the car! They can't quite fill out their carseats, so we use rolls of blankets to keep them snug.
And we're riding!

We're coming home tomorrow!
We are coming home tomorrow, July 14th... one month to the day after the boys were born!
They have shown great progress, and the doctors feel that they will thrive at home. We'll see a pediatrician more often, but Ryan and I are so thrilled to be bringing our sweet babies home from the hospital tomorrow. They will be officially "wireless" tomorrow afternoon!
Beckett (almost 5 pounds)
Henry (a sturdy 7 pounds) hehe!

3 weeks and counting...
Official update for all Swanger Twins Friends & Family...
We are so proud of our little ones! They are growing and thriving every day and we feel so lucky! Doctors tell us we're looking at 3 weeks before we come home.
As July 4th came and went, Ryan and I dreamed of next year when we get to enjoy fireworks and the local Lakewood parade with our two boys. Oh the little things that matter so much now.
HENRY:
Official weight: 6 lbs/3 oz
Up to 4 bottle feedings a day. He is still wheezing a bit, due to his premature lung disease that he had when he was born- but the doctors say he will soon grow out of it. His hair is turning a dark shade of blond (shocking, given Ryan's black hair). He's so sweet, makes lots of sounds and is starting to cry when he wants something:) Which, for us is music to our ears. He loves to cuddle and wants to be held. He will definitely be my snuggler.
BECKETT:
Official weight: 4 lbs/8 oz
Up to 5 bottle feedings a day. He still has some heart dips, but they say his size/weight is the cause. Other than that, he is small but fiesty! He's more independent, but loves to look around when you hold him. Very observant! His hair is much more like Ryan's, dark and straight. He hasn't quite found his voice, but I bet a few ounces from now, he'll be more like his brother. I bet he will keep Ryan and I on our toes!!

Huge, breaking news!!
BECKETT MOVES TO AN OPEN CRIB!
Today, our 4 lb /8 oz baby moved to an open crib to join his brother. We're so excited that he is moving forward. It's one more step towards coming home.
We plan to co-bed them once we come home, but hospital rules say they have to stay separate just in case one gets sick.
We CAN'T WAIT till we can take a picture of both of our babies together.
